I made wraps. My wife’s has eggs, bacon, potatoes, spinach, sour cream, and Sriracha. The wrap is like a spinach-something tortilla. Mine is the same sans Sriracha. Very happy with the delicious result.

I know you’re in the PNW, but you’re just getting around to breakfast? We’ve already made it through lunch. It was stew that was made in an Instapot. Fantastic!

I wake up at 5am during the week, so Saturdays I’ll sleep in until 8 or 9, have my coffee, tend the pets , then start cooking.
